Gooey Fudgy Banana Bites using TFS Banana Flavouring and TFS Caramel

Instructions:

Step  1 : Prepare the Mixture:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, TFS caramel flavour drops, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
  1. Shape the Bites:
  • Once the mixture has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  • If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder for extra flavor and decoration.
  1. Chill and Serve:
  • Transfer the bite-sized banana fudge to a parchment paper-lined dish or baking sheet.
  • Chill the banana fudge bites in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • The banana fudge bits are ready to be served once they’ve chilled. Enjoy them as a delicious and healthy snack!

These bite-sized banana fudge can be kept in the fridge for up to a week if they are kept in an airtight container.. Enjoy the sweet combination of banana and caramel flavors in every bite!
