Instructions:
Step 1 : Prepare the Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, TFS caramel flavour drops, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Shape the Bites:
- Once the mixture has chilled, remove it from the refrigerator. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- If desired, roll the balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder for extra flavor and decoration.
- Chill and Serve:
- Transfer the bite-sized banana fudge to a parchment paper-lined dish or baking sheet.
- Chill the banana fudge bites in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
